If you want to return goods to Supersymmetry, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving them, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you chose when placing your order. We do not accept returns sent after 14 days. If you attempt to return after this, we will unfortunately be unable to process your return and the goods will be sent back to you.

Please note that the returned goods must be in their original appearance, unworn, clean, in their original, undamaged packaging.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, so return costs are the responsibility of the customer. While your return is in transit, it is your responsibility. We recommend returning the parcel to us using post machines, as it takes much less time than sending by post. Also, there are cases when the post office loses parcels. This causes a lot of inconvenience, since our interest is the smoothest possible customer service, and if we do not receive the product, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the money.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The returned item must be unused without changing its appearance. If there are signs of use, returns are not accepted.
When you measure your shoes, be careful to keep them clean afterwards. If you tried on shoes, remove all possible hair and animal hair.
The item must be undamaged. Carefully package the product for shipping. Please do not seal the shoe box.
If the return does not meet the above conditions or if you return the goods after 14 days, we cannot accept the return. If you return the goods without complying with these conditions, we will send the goods back to you.

We will store returned goods for 60 days in accordance with our returns policy if we are unable to contact the customer.
In case of a dispute, we apply the policy of the Consumer Rights Protection Act.

 

HOW TO RETURN

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you can return the order through the selected post office terminal. We recommend returning the parcel to us using Omniva, Venipak or DPD post machines, as these companies offer fast shipping and parcel insurance. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipment. While your return is in transit, it is your responsibility.

To return your purchase smoothly and safely, follow these steps:

1. Fill out the return form , and place the form in one of the shoe boxes that you will be returning to us. If you do not send a return form with the return shipment, we cannot process the return.

2. Carefully protect the shoe box(es) with packing material.

4. Returns will be processed within 14 days from the day we received the return item.

If you have received a defective item, please contact our team at info@supersymmetry.store as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of your purchase for further instructions. If we are unable to supply a new similar product, the order may be canceled with a full refund.
