Shipping & Return policy

RETURNING A DAMAGED / BROKEN / FAULTY ITEM

If you wish to return an item that has proven to be faulty, please use the Returns function on our website. Select the 'Damaged item' on the menu and follow the instructions. When returning a faulty item, please include the item itself as well as the return form. A refund will be applied within 10 days of the return.

 General information

We hope that you are satisfied with your Supersymmetry purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied it is possible to return the product for a refund. Please note that the following conditions apply.

  • All returns must be made within 14 calendar days from when you received your order
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost
  • All returned products must be unused and in the original packaging
  • To apply for a return, please use the Returns page at the bottom of the page.
  • Allow 10 days for the funds to be transfered.
 

Shipping your return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please include your name, email address, shipping address, and order number with your returned product. Your return must include a filled out return form.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
