Textiles are a frequently used material in footwear due to their versatility and comfort. Textile footwear is relatively easy to care for, but it's important to follow a few basic rules to keep it looking nice and tidy for a long time. After each wear, wipe the shoes clean of dirt and dust with a soft brush or cloth. If stains have appeared, remove them gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. If the shoes are very dirty, they can be hand-washed using cold or lukewarm water and a mild detergent. It is important to dry your shoes naturally, avoiding direct sunlight and heat, and to put paper inside to keep their shape. Textile footwear should be regularly sprayed with special protective sprays to make them water and dirt resistant. Store unused shoes in a dry, cool place, in a shoe box or in bags to protect them from dust and direct sunlight.
