Even 1 star is to much for this kind of service! The worst service ever! Never ever I would recommend to someone to use this online store for purchases!
First of all, webpage is not working properly, profile information on your order is not updating and you don’t know is it a bug and why you have pending order.
Based on this bug I had question how to return my order, I have been trying to reach anyone from this website using all possible channels of communication, phone is not working, email - no answer, instagram - no answer, Facebook - no answer!!
After three days of constant texting, I received a reply - “ Hi, the return policy is quite easy on our website and link”
Like are you serious? First of all it is not answer to my question, secondly you’ve been MIA for three days and answer like that is considered as an insult, because at least you should have said “sorry for not answering”

I sent shoes and according to tracking it was delivered 03/12, no confirmation from their side that items have been received, refund is on their way, no information, no update on my return from your side, did you get it? Is everything good? Am I going to receive my money soon? NOTHING!!!! I have been trying to contact them for four days and nothing!! Today I have received my money back, thank you, but the communication is awful and it was the worst customer support experience! Why to make your website international and not answer your international customers? Very disappointed!!!!!
Ļoti mīkstas, forši silda kājas, īpaši aukstajos ziemas vakaros. Vienīgais, likās ka izmērs būs mazliet mazāks bet beigās tāpat labi der. Piegāde arī bija diezgan ātra, viss atnāca kārtībā. Iesaku, ja gribas kaut ko ērtu mājām
